Professional Karate Schools of America (PKSA Karate) teaches a dynamic Korean martial art called Tang Soo Do. This 2,000 year old martial art teaches self defense using hands, feet and weapons. PKSA Karate teaches martial arts in the Baton Rouge and Prairieville areas for ages 4-104. Unlike other sports, parents can train with their children side by side while everyone gains confidence, loses weight and has fun.
